The Webb town board held its regular monthly meet- ing on Tuesday, Aug. 9. Board members present were Councilwoman Kate Russell, Councilman J.B. Herron, Councilman Rich Risley, Councilman Mike Ross and Town Supervisor Robert Moore. Also in attendance was Town Clerk Nanci Russell and Town Attorney Richard Frye.
