After the success of the first edition of ICDSD'2012 http://icdsd12.net76.net/ the laboratory LIO of thecomputer science department and University of Oran are pleased to announce the second International Conference on Distributed System and Decision (ICDSD’2014).You are cordially invited to participateto ICDSD’2014 that will be held in Oran, Algeria, onDecember 07-08 2014.

TheSecond International Conference on Distributed Systems and Decision (ICDSD’14) will act as a major forum for the presentation of innovative ideas, approaches, developments,and research projects in the area of Distributed Systems and Decision. It will also serve to facilitate exchange of information between researchers and industry professionals to discuss the latest advancement in the area of Decision, Distributed Applications and Systems. The main objective of the International Conference on Distributed System and Decision "ICDSD'2014" is to present the latest results in research and applications, to identify new issues, and to shape future directions.ICDSD’2014 encourages authors to submit papers to one of the main topics listed below, describing original work, including methods, techniques, prototypes, applications. Accepted papers will be presented at the conference by one of the authors and published in the proceedings of the conference(ISSN 2335-1012).will be based on quality, Acceptance relevance and originality.

About ICDSD’2014 The ICDSD Conference seeks to provide an international and multidisciplinaryplatform for the exchange of ideas. Through this conference, the scientific frontiers are pushed andinvestigations allow researchers, from academia and industry as well as practitioners to share, to discuss and to exchange their new ideas, novel results and work in progress. The conference deals with topics relating to distributed systems and decisionand all applications thatrevolve around these technologies. All submissions to ICDSD’2014 are original pieces, which have not been published in books or journals, or a paper presented in a past conference and not published elsewhere. Authors are solicited to contribute to the conference by submitting articles that illustrate research results, projects, surveying works and industrial experiences that describe significant advances in Distribute Systems and Decision. Authors are invited to submit papers through the conference submission system September 26th; 2014. Submissions must be original and should not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication while, being evaluated for the conference. The submission and review process will be done using EasyChair. Because all accepted papers are to be presented at the conference, we require that at least one of the submitting authors must be a registered participant committed to attend ICDSD'2014. Papers must not exceed 6 pages, including figures.Submissions exceeding this limit will not be reviewed. In addition, papers that, at the time of submission, are under review for or have already been published in or accepted for publication in a journal or another conference will not beaccepted toICDSD conference. Decisions about acceptance will be based on relevance to the above topic list, originality, potential significance, topicality and clarity.
