Description
Nowadays school has to cope with cultural and religious heterogeneity. People gathered in these schools don't share the same values and sometimes it leads to conflicts between educational staff and families and/or immigrants' children. These values conflicts have an impact on children and adolescents constructing their identity. In this twofold context of school and familial socialization, how children experience this values conflict, especially in the perspective of their identity construct. What may be, for this youtn, the role of school consellors or mentors in conflicts solving ? Some psychoeducational guidelines are proposed to these counsellors.
