Note on Issue 3
Issue 3 of the D Series of the Digest includes the 13 judgments on the Brussels
Convention delivered by the Court of Justice of the European Communities
in the years 1982 to 1984 and 131 decisions of courts of Member States, mainly
from the years 1980 to 1982. In addition to the summaries of those decisions,
Issue 3 contains extracts in the original language from around 80 of the
national decisions as well as updated indexes. Also, the summaries of the 16
judgments of the Court of Justice from the years 1976 to 1979 have been recast
and now reproduce, like the summaries of the later judgments, the most impor­
tant paragraphs of the decisions verbatim.
A second folder is provided with Issue 3.
