The data collection programs of the Department of
Water Resources have been designed to supplement the acti-
vities of other agencies to satisfy specific needs of the
State. Bulletin No. 130-75 presents useful, comprehensive,
prerequisitesaccurate, and timely hydrologic data which are
effectivefor monitoring environmental conditions as well as
planning, design, construction, and operation of water
facilities.
The Bulletin No. 130 series has been published
five volumes since 1963. Each volume presentsannually in
