I express my deepest appreciation and gratitude to Prof. Dr. Michael Duszenko for his sincere
guidance, encouragement and generous supervision through out this research project and
providing me the opportunity to work on this project.
I am thankful and grateful to my scholarship DAAD (German academic exchange service) for
giving me the opportunity to come to Germany not only to learn the culture, language but also
perform, experience and complete my scientific research.
I am very much indebted with gratitude to Dr. Syed Abid Ali for his indefinite support,
advices and in particular appreciate his assistance in my research. I would like to thank Dr.
Hubert Kalbacher and the lab members of his group for synthesizing peptide and providing
me the antibody.
