Undergraduate fees 1.1 Home / EU fees Full-time students The funding of University undergraduate courses comprises two elements of which the most significant is the income provided from Central Government funds allocated through the Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE). The second element is in the form of a contribution to the costs of education from, or on behalf of, each full time undergraduate student.
