Introduction PREZISTA 75 mg film-coated tablets Bottle of 480 tablets (CIP: 395 951-3) PREZISTA 150 mg film-coated tablets Bottle of 240 tablets (CIP: 395 953-6) PREZISTA 300 mg film-coated tablets Bottle of 120 tablets (CIP: 378 318-4) PREZISTA 600 mg film-coated tablets Bottle of 60 tablets (CIP: 393 140-8) Posted on Jun 09 2011 Active substance (DCI) darunavir Progrès modéré dans le traitement du VIH-1 chez les enfants et adolescents (âge ≥ 6 ans et poids ≥ 20 kg) prétraités par des antirétroviraux PREZISTA (75, 150, 300 et 600 mg), inhibiteur de protéase (IP) co-administré avec une faible dose de ritonavir, est désormais indiqué en association à d’autres antirétroviraux dans l’infection par le VIH-1 chez les enfants (> 6 ans et > 20 kg) et adolescents prétraités par des antirétroviraux.Il représente, associé au ritonavir, un progrès thérapeutique modéré dans la prise en charge de ces patients.
