Creation of a dispensary by a deregulation in Pont-à-Mousson in 1722.
Under the Ancien Régime, the number of dispensaries in the mastership of apothecaries was often limited by the availability of permits. In 1721, in Pont- à-Mousson, Pierre Borom requested an exception of the Duke of Lorraine in order to obtain his letter of mastership. The opposition of the established pharmacists was limited to a report on his examinations : Borom, once installed, was accepted by his colleagues. The deregulation obtained was transmitted at a later date to another candidate.

Unter dem Ancien Régime ist die Zahl der Offlzinen, im Rahmen der Apothekermeisterschaft, öfters durch Ordnungsbestimmungen begrenzt. Im Jahr 1721, in Pont- à-Mousson, verlangt Pierre Borom vom Herzog von Lothringen eine Ausnahme in der Bewilligung seines Meisterbriefes. Die Opposition der bereits anwesenden Apotheker begnügt sich mit einer Vertagung der Prüfungen : Borom, einmal niedergelassen, wird von seinen Kollegen angenommen. Die erlangte Derogation wird später einem anderen Bewerber übertragen.
