Cependant, compte tenu des incertitudes sur ses performances par rapport aux autres inhibiteurs de tyrosine kinase, notamment le sunitinib en première ligne et le sorafenib en deuxième ligne, une perte de chance ne peut donc être écartée si on l’utilise.
