The question of uniformi-ty in the distribution of arrival directions is of large importance for models that try toexplain cosmic radiation. Inthisthesis, methodsforthereconstructionof parameters ofa dipole-like flux distribution of cosmic rays from a set of recorded air shower eventsarestudied.Differentmethodsarepresentedandexamined bymeansofdetailedMonteCarlo simulations. Particular focus is put on the implications of spurious experimen-tal effects.Modifications of existing methodsand new methods are proposed.
