Preprint - Voorlopige Publicatie  Editor of thePreprints van het Departement Linguistiek-series : K.U. Leuven, Departement Linguistiek, Blijde-Inkomststraat 21, P.O. Box 33, B-3000 LEUVEN (Belgium), tel. 32-16-32.50.30; fax. 32-16-32.47.67  Aim contributions to the series are to be considered as working papers for colleagues and students : interested in linguistics and in the philosophy of language. They are also intended as prepublications to make articles immediately available. Finally, they can be used asexchange-copiesto obtain publications on linguistics edited elsewhere.  Authors : members and associate members (e.g. guest-lecturers) of the Departement Linguistiek, Katholieke Universiteit Leuven.  Availability : the preprints are sent as a series to university institutes and libraries all over the world. These institutes are invited to send their own publications in exchange. As a rule the series will not be sent to one's home-address. Each author receives the remaining copies for individual distribution free of charge. As the edition of each preprint consists of a rather limited number of copies, not to be reprinted in the same form, those who are not on the mailing list can receive a copy from the author only. The request to receive a copy is to be sent to the author at the address of the Department of Linguistics. Sooner or later, nearly all preprints are published in periodicals or in collections of articles.
