La localisation des immigrés extra-communautaires en Vénétie reproduit l'organisation de production de cette région caractérisée par de petites et moyennes industries diffuses sur le territoire. Bien qu'il s'agisse d'un phénomène relativement récent et plutôt limité, certaines constatations empiriques laissent supposer qu'un processus de stabilisation est en cours. Si cette présence diffuse évite les problèmes typiques liés à la congestion urbaine, elle pourrait faire obstacle à la mise en place d'actions appropriées aux besoins des immigrés.
Foreign Migration into Veneto : from Precariousness to Stabilization ?
The immigrants repartition in Veneto follows the local productive system, characterized by industrial firms of small and middle size, diffused on the territory. Although this phenomenon is rather recent and limited, on the basis of some empirical observations, it is showing some aspects of stabilization. On the one hand, the peculiar pattern of the immigrants local presence avoids those problems which are typical of metropolitan areas, but on the other one, it could hinder the execution of proper policies aiming at the satisfaction of foreigners' needs.
