Congratulations, you have just connected to Infobel Plus.
This tool uses XML technology and gives you access to a faster and more flexible kind of
search and it does this in an environment free of all advertising.
With the login (access code) and password that you have been given you can connect to
Infobel Plus from any PC.
You can start accessing searches on the following countries straight away:
Belgium
France
Italy
Spain
(reverse search by telephone number is forbidden by law in Spain)
The Netherlands
(reverse search by telephone number is forbidden by law in the Netherlands)
Luxembourg
The United Kingdom
(reverse search by telephone number is forbidden by law in the United Kingdom)

purpose and then click on LOGIN.

The search window contains 13 search fields
Telephone Surname First name Name of company Town Postcode Street
Door number Catégory Business type code Business directory Residential directory GSM number (only available for Belgium)

You can do a search based on any available search criteria.

If you wish to combine several criteria, the application will handle the combination of all the elements making up the search
To specify a search criterion, simply follow the procedure below:
1. Determine the desired criterion or criteria. 2. Enter the information desired. 3. Press SUBMIT
2.4. Search by Telephone or Fax
This function allows you to find the name and address from a telephone or fax number. This function is not available for the following countries: Spain The Netherlands Great Britain
2.. Stretch Phone
Tutorial
The STRETCH PHONE option allows you to ask the INFOBEL PLUS tool to find the tele -phone number nearest to the one you entered in the search window. This system only works for business numbers. For example, you have been given a direct telephone number and you havent got it quite right. Thanks to this option, the tool will search for the number nearest to the one you entered in the Telephone field.
2.. Search by (Sur)Name or First Name
You want to search for Carrefour Enter Carrefour in the Name field Click OK The results will appear on the screen. You can also search on the name Dupont for example: Enter Dupont in the Name field Click OK
2.. Search by Town, Postcode, a business category You want to look for a restaurant in Brussels? Nothing could be easier: Enter Brussels in the Town field Enter Restaurants in the Category field Click SUBMIT
Search by category: To help you find a category in the list of Infobel Plus headings, you can click and look for the business activity by keyword.
Search by town: To help you find a town when you dont know how to spell its name, you can click and search for the town by keyword.
2.. Search by address
You have an address and you wish to find the corresponding telephone number: To do this enter the name of the street you are looking for in the Street field. Then click SUBMIT
2.. Business Directory The BUSINESS DIRECTORY option allows you to search only in the business directory.
2.10. Residential Direcory The RESIDENTIAL DIRECTORY option allows you to search directly in the residential directory.

3. The results
Example: Lets do a search on the following address:
Street : Chaussée de saint-job Door : du 0 au 10 We obtain 4 results.
A results page displays a maximum of 0 results. A second page of 0 results is acces -sible by clicking NEXT. This operation is considered to be a second enquiry.
