Leo Vincent was born at Grand Island, Nebraska, MarchJacks
He received A.B. degree from14, 1896. the St. Mary's College,
St. Marys, Kansas, in June, 1917. He served in the U. S. Army
from 1917 to 1919 inclusive, with the Thirty-fourth Division in the
United States, and with the Thirty-second Division overseas. He
received the A.M. degree from the Catholic University of America
in 1920. During his course at the Catholic he has
attended the lectures of Roy Deferrari, A.M., Ph.D., in Greek,
J.
Latin, and Sanskrit Languages and Literatures, and of Rev.the
P. Christopher, A.M., in Latin, and of M. Campbell, A.M.,J. J.
in Greek, and of Charles H. McCarthy, Ph.D., in American
History.
