What is stock farming?

Keeping animals(livestock) on a farm to produce meat, milk, wool, leather, feathers, eggs, etc.

Large stock- cattle, donkeys, horses, mules, game

Medium stock- pigs, sheep, goats

Poultry- chickens, ostriches, ducks, geese

Most of the food that we eat comes from farms or agriculture. Farmers produce e.g. wheat, maize, vegetables, eggs, meat. Fish can be caught in the sea or in dams or lakes (freshwater fish).
