Description

Anatomy of the Perfect Golf Swing is a black and white book designed that golfers, from beginners to to professionals to instructors can actually improve their performances by understanding five simple principles of how the body really works. It was written for two reasons. First one was for the health of golfers and the second was for the health of golf instructions. This easy-reading, splendidly illustrated guide not only shows readers the muscles, bones, joints and ligaments that are used in the proper sequence in the swing, but also comes with a complete set of photographs, demonstrating each exercise as you go along plus the synthesizing of the swing at the end. The perfect application of these principles is the surest way to playing better golf immediately and permanently.

The golf swing as described herein is for the right handed player. Left handed players should do the reverse. TIP: Left handed players should try playing from the right side since it is the muscles on the left side that create the power. The reason is that those muscles are usually already stronger. Right handed players should also consider playing from the left side for the very same reason, The golf swing is the same for male or female, short or tall, thin or stout and young or old.

A personal note to the reader from the author
The book, Mosis, is the second installment of the Cosmosis trilogy. It, in turn, paves the way for the third book in the series, Is , which, ultimately, portrays an inspiring new age, Shangri La scenario.
The Cosmosis trilogy is much more than meets the eye. It was written to be thought provoking, rich in symbolism, and spiritually stimulating. Due to the controversial nature of the Cosmosis series, the author has chosen to locate the essence of the story on Earth’s fictional twin planet, aptly named Bearth.
It is the author’s aspiration the reader will not be too distracted by the few name and word changes; they are not, however, meant to be confusing.
Enjoy the voyage, realizing that although it takes place on Bearth, the ideological final outcome of the trilogy could become reality on any planet populated by human beings willing to change for the good of mankind.
Peace, harmony, and love.

Dedication
The author dedicates this book, Mosis , to everyone, and in particular to all those aspiring to discover your true nature and purpose for existing. You’ll realize there is so much more to life than just gratifying your material desires and wallowing in frivolous pleasures. It is with great hope, a few souls will take the challenge and completely transform their lives, becoming a model for the entire population. For the world changes, only as we change, one by one.
Mosis is also dedicated to some of my closest friends: Koen, Yolanda, John, Ralph, Warren, Dennis and Al. All of you have challenged, and encouraged me to accomplish my goals.
Many Thanks.

Preface
There’s a planet in a distant universe, approximately one
hundred light years away (give or take one or two -- after
all, what difference does a couple of light years make, when
real space travel is just in it’s infant stages) from our planet,
Earth. The amazing fact about this world is, it’s so similar, it
might be considered Earth’s twin. Even its name, Bearth, conjures up a likeness that defies explanation.
Every detail of Bearth’s existence parallels that of Earth: its
history, physical environment, its politics and religions.
They are all so analogous to ours; you would swear these circumstances couldn’t, conceivably, exist, but they do.
Some of the words, places, and people are going to sound
and seem slightly familiar (they are not, however, misspelled).
Keep in mind, this is a parallel planet, in a counterpart universe, with equally similar human beings. Any similarities are purely coincidental. They are not based on or about any real people or places on our planet Earth.

Chapter 1
Revelation
“Mosis, mosis,” each of the triplets kept blurting out.
The nurse was shocked upon hearing any new born baby attempt to speak.
What are they trying to say? she asked herself, while quickly running to alert their parents.
“They’re making an effort to communicate. I’m not exactly sure what they’re saying, but it sounds like mosis, mosis,” the nurse stated dumbfounded.
Jeffrey and Monique looked at each other and, simply, nodded. They were, acutely, aware what their three new additions were struggling to convey, and what it signified. For the moment, it would remain their secret.
The newly endowed parents endeavored for many years to conceive a child, now there were three. Jeffrey flashed back to his dreamy coma. He recalled the coincidence of Jason’s mother’s perceived inability to conceive; yet, it ultimately took place. His wife, too, was told by many of her doctors it was beyond hope to become pregnant. Presently, here they were, three babies, a boy and two girls, seemingly in perfect health and making an effort to communicate the first day they arrived.
“Please bring the babies to me. I feel, relatively, resilient, and they must be nourished,” Monique requested.
“Are you certain you can cope with their excited behavior? asked the apprehensive nurse.
“They seem to be very animated, and very loud with this mosis, mosis thing.”
“Please bring me them,” she reiterated.
Monique gave the nurse a reassuring look.
Following her assertive instructions, she left the room. The nurse returned wheeling a carriage carrying the very boisterous triplets.
“Mosis, mosis, mosis” they kept mouthing, and wouldn’t stop.
Only when Monique began to breast feed them did they begin to quiet down. Jeffrey looked on admiringly knowing the three souls they brought into the world would be well cared for and loved. They couldn’t have been born to anyone else; their likenesses were too evident to be any conceivable fluke. Monique and he knew the challenge before them, and both promised to make sure their three new additions would grow up to leave an unprecedented impression on the planet.

Chapter 2
Mind Over Matter
Always be positive when it comes to the power of the mind. Never doubt the ability of the body to naturally heal itself. Together, they are capable of wondrous miracles.

Jeffrey was anxious for his therapy to begin. He vowed to work as diligently as necessary to regain the use of his legs before the Fall semester began in September. That was when he aspired to attend Standard University. He had almost eight months, but his body was very weak resulting from the inactivity of solely lying in bed for the greater part of a month. He lost 20 pounds, and his leg muscles had atrophied beyond recognition. However, there was nothing wrong with his appetite. It would enable him to recapture much of his required physical strength, and his strong determination would furnish the will power to accomplish his goal. He would rely on his unlimited love for the Supreme Being to contribute the necessary spiritual strength. Jeffrey realized he not only had to overcome his physical impediment, but also focus some attention restoring his somewhat fuzzy metal capacity. After a month of almost complete physical and mental idleness stemming from his partial amnesia and paralysis, he was left in a unaccustomed state. He vowed to do whatever it took to recoup his physical dexterity, mental acuity, and accelerate his spiritual growth. During one of his few solitary moments, he was gratified to encounter a similar rush of light and joy, he often experienced in his coma vision. He depended on this amazingly profound blissful inspiration to provide the encouragement essential for achieving his every ambition.

Three months later

“I’m walking! I’m walking!” Jeffrey shouted with delight.
He had just taken his first unassisted steps, after releasing the railings he previously relied upon for balance and support. He, slowly, crept toward the chair situated about ten feet away. After completing his arduous task, he sat down exhausted, but jubilantly satisfied. An incredible feeling of contentment surged through his body, as tears streamed down his cheeks. He looked back on his difficult road to recovery. The doctors advised him he would never walk again. If there was a one percent probability, he knew he could do it. It had taken months of physical therapy and rehabilitation; with Monique’s and his family’s unfailing encouragement, he succeeded. There was other good news uplifting his spirits, as well. While recovering, he somehow barely managed to complete his final undergraduate semester through online classes. An exemption was worked out with Northfolk University to accommodate his extraordinary circumstances. Best of all, he heard from Standard University relating to his application to their graduate school of philosophy. He had been originally rejected, but was at the top of the waiting list. The day before he took his first unassisted steps, he was, at last, officially accepted to the exclusive university. Jeffrey permitted himself to reflect back on his dream. He realized it was just that, but so much of it was unfolding. Was it some sort of blueprint into his future? Only time would tell. For now, he was overjoyed by his accomplishments. He recalled what Jason shared with him. The only thing that matters is the present; try not to live in the past ( it no longer exists) or the future (it hasn’t arrived). Enjoy the here and now ( to its fullest extent), as if it were your very last moment . Jeffrey vowed to persistently ascribe to Jason’s words of wisdom.
After another month of arduous therapy, Jeffrey was released from the hospital. Yes, he still sometimes required the assistance of crutches for balance, but was elated to return home with his girlfriend, Monique, at his side. His mother made arrangements for his physical therapists to work with him at their residence, where he would continue his treatments. He had a lot of catching up to do. With Monique’s help, he would relearn much of what he had forgotten. He relished the idea of sharing so much time with her. She was more than willing to expend as much energy as he required achieving his miraculous recovery. In many ways, it was inconceivable how compatible they were while in each others company. Never, in his wildest dream, did he envision a soul partner complementing his every need.

One of the first things she brought him was some reading material. It turned out to be astonishingly familiar.
“No, it can’t be. It was just a dream,” he steadfastl
