This book '100 statements of truth, that real life squeezed out of me', is basically a mini-biography or window into my life.
It's long been a pet peeve of mind that wisdom and proverbs should only come from the dead, as in ancient text, for to me there's still plenty of wisdom and proverbs available to be constricted to paper or the written word today, should people just be keen, honest and insightful unto own life and events around them.
The 100 statements are listed in chronological order, by year, month, day, and even time thoughts were written down.
This book is basically a snapshot into my real life diary, and there's much more to follow should this book here succeed, or even modestly succeed, for the lessons we learn in life never stop until we're gone.

The following pages are filled with wisdom from the living, (me) and not the dead.
The following pages are filled with wise short proverbs churned out of my soul simply by being an acute observer of my own life and observing the behavior of others.
You don’t have to go back 6000 years and read biblical proverbs to learn about wisdom, all you must do is be honest, objective and observant to the things that occur in your own life.
The following pages are filled with 8 plus years (1st 100 proverbs of those 8 years with more editions to follow) of wise sayings and short proverbs squeezed out of me by everyday living; anyone could do the same if they simply take time to observe ‘actions’ around them and apply Newton’s law of physics which is for every (emotional) action there’s an equal and opposite (emotional) reaction.
Please do enjoy, learn, and consider what you are about to read, and I hope it brings comfort and validation to your own areas of life and community.
