Why I Wrote This Book

This book because I'm tired of being treated like a guinea pig. I know that many of the medicines that are prescribed to me in a hospital are not meant to help me get better right away, but are sometimes designed to create other problems that I will have to come back for eventually to be treated again. People have been living just fine without experimental drugs, and eating healthy foods is enough to keep us in tip top health.
I do acknowledge that there are great advances in science today that have made our quality of life much better. I'm grateful for these advances in technology, however I am goal of the health industry is turning hospitals into a business rather than a place help people. I think it's better to do your best to stay healthy on your own without having to need any of these advancements in the first place. Doing our best to take care of our bodies is more important than you could ever know, and this book is designed to show you how to do this. But don't take my word for it, read it for yourself find out the best way to take care of your health without using modern medicine.
What You Need To Know Before Reading This Book

Before you read this book, you should know that everybody reacts to different foods in a different way. My body may treat a certain food as a threat while yours may find it delicious and peaceful. This means that they are food allergies common, and you should always be careful when trying a new food, even if it's meant to help heal you.
Cheat everything with caution, and if you're trying something new to Safeway.
