Introduction
Do you like to use medicinal herbs in order to improve your body and mind?
Medicinal herbs are great for the body, and for the mind. And best of all, you can grow them in your garden! But, what are some good herbs to use in herbal remedies that’ll make you feel great and are wonderful for your body? What should you grow.
There are so many out there that can help. You can dry them up, or even just the essential oils in order to improve the body and the mind. But, which ones will stand above the rest? Which will really improve your body, and which ones are great for your garden because they are pretty, and useful too.
In our ideal world, we would’ve learned about this, but, a lot of people usually rely on modern medicine. Which is good, but the thing is, modern medicine is incredibly limited in some regards. Natural medicine allows you to take care of the body before things get worse. And, if the flu season is coming, you can also use a lot of these to naturally treat conditions.
Not only that, but learning this information also lets you begin with this adventure. You’ll be able to, with this book, start your own herbal garden, and really make it work for you. Start looking at what you can do about your garden today, and start looking at these different medicinal herbs to grow, since there are so many out there which can help you, and a lot that you’ll be able to get the full array of benefits from. There are a lot of good plants out there, you just need to look.
Motherwort
This is one of the simplest herbs to grow, and it’s incredibly versatile. It’s one of the best remedies for both anxiety, and stress. You can grow this and take it in a tincture or a tea in order to lessen pain, but’s ideally used for cramps, whether menstrual or muscle, muscle spasms, or even aches such as headaches or generalized aches. This is a good one to have if you’re sore, or if you suffer from migraines.
However, this is definitely bitter so it might be a bit much for you if you’re not used to it.
For women going through menopause, this is a great one, since it reduces the instances of hot flashes, and also irritability that comes from the hormonal changes.
It’s also used by mothers who are in childbirth to help with contractions, and you can even use this to help with natural childbirth too.
It is a good one for patients. Mothers use this to help with softening the edginess that comes with motherhood, and of course taking care of the home too. It’s a good one for generalized well-being and happiness, and there is a reason why people grow this.
It isn’t the best-tasting herb in this book, that’s for sure, and it may not be all that appetizing, but flavoring it a little bit with some natural honey might be your best option, and it may do you some good if you’re interested in truly improving your life.
In most climates, this can be quite weedy, and you should plant it in places where people won’t jump on it. It also is very easy to transplant though, and you may want to consider planting this if you like a nice perennial.
