The Subconscious Mind is drawn to positivity, congruence, and truth. It knows what is true or congruent. When you make a true statement, you'll feel your body begin to gently sway forward. When you make an untrue or incongruent statement, your body will begin to sway backward.

You will eventually be able to control your body without thinking about it. This requires you to be patient with yourself, and not to get distracted by other thoughts. It also requires you to focus on whatever statement or thought you have chosen.

The Sway Test is a way to determine if you have any trapped emotions. It is simple: make the statement I have a trapped emotion or Do I have a trapped emotion. and see if your body sways forward or backward. If your body sways forward, you have at least one trapped emotion.

Everything in the universe is made of energy. Energy is the stuff from which all things are made. It is in all things and through all things, and it fills the interspaces of the universe. We can feel energy when it is in the form of emotions, and if negative emotional energies become trapped within us, they may adversely affect us.

The ancient physicians were right: the organs in the body produce the emotions we experience. The Emotion Code Chart on the facing page lists the emotions produced by each organ, and there are correlations to this principle in life that are quite distinct.
