Smoothies are blended drinks usually from fresh fruits and they are called smoothies because once the fresh fruits are blended, they usually have this smooth and thick texture and appearance unlike typical fruit juices. Green smoothies are gaining popularity nowadays because they allow you to consume green leafy vegetables that you cannot tolerate eating whole and this is because veggies that are blended are easily digested. Another advantage of green smoothies is that they are naturally nutrient-packed. Green leafy vegetables are known to be rich in vitamins and minerals that have positive effects to the health such as boosting the immune system, lowering high blood pressure and a lot more. And finally, green smoothies are very potent drinks for weight loss. -Prepare your blender and then place all of the ingredients together starting from the grapes, apple, pear, spinach, kale, chia seeds and the ice cubes.
-Turn on the blender on low speed to blend the ingredients but later on, increasing the speed to high.
-Make sure that all the ingredients are blended well and the mixture is smooth already.
-Adjust the thickness if you wish by adding water to thin out and ice to thicken.
-Serve.
 
3. GREEN TEA BOOSTER RECIPE.
 
This is an antioxidant-rich recipe which is very helpful in losing weight as well as having the ability to burn fats effectively.
 
Ingredients:
 
1c watercress
1c raspberries
2c green tea
1 lemon, peeled
2c cantaloupe
 
Procedure:
 
-Start by placing the solid ingredients onto the blender such as the watercress, the raspberries and the cantaloupe.
-Add the lemon as well and start pouring in the green tea.
-Then, turn on the blender and start blending all these ingredients together.
-Wait until the mixture is smooth already.

This is a simple recipe for green smoothie and this is very effective when it comes to helping you lose weight because it contains the healthiest green leafy veggies as well as some extra ingredients like the flax seeds that have the ability to boost your heart health through their omega 3 fatty acids. The taste of this green smoothie recipe is also not that bad because this recipe involves a mixture of fruits to help cover up that leafy taste.
 
Ingredients:
 
1 chopped apple, ripe
½c orange juice, fresh and cold
12 ice cubes
2 ripe bananas, medium
2c kale leaves, chopped and free from their tough stems
1/2c water, cold
1T flaxseeds, ground
 
Procedure:
 
-Start by placing the bananas, kale and the apples into the blender.
-Then, pour in water and the orange juice.
-Next, add the ice cubes and then sprinkle in the flaxseed.
-Pulse these ingredients first then start blending or processing them until they are pureed and blended well already.
-If there are bulks and lumps on the sides of the blender, scrape them slowly and continue blending.
-Finally, when the mixture is smooth already, pour it on a glass and serve.
 
5. MANGO GREEN SMOOTHIE.
 
This is a very tasty green smoothie recipe because even if it contains spinach, it also contains mango which will help cover up the spinach taste and give the smoothie sweeter taste. This is also a very simple recipe because it only contains a few ingredients.
 
Ingredients:
 
3 peeled and sliced mangoes, ripe
A bunch of spinach
1c water
 
Procedure:
 
-First, put the mangoes slices into the blender
-Then, wash your spinach well before putting them onto the blender as well.
-Pour in water and turn on the blender to start processing the ingredients.
-Continue processing until smooth and you can add ice cubes if you want a thicker smoothie appearance but add water if you want a thinner smoothie appearance.
-Finally, get a tall glass and pour the smoothie onto it.
