MISTAKE 1: ADAM & THE GARDEN OF EDEN PRIVACY GENESIS 2-3

G od placed Adam in the Garden to Cultivate, till and take good care of the animals. The Presence of Eve was to cure loneliness because it is not a good thing for a man to be alone. Loneliness can be depressing, thus Eve was meant to help and keep his company. Eve s presence was intended to be for the purpose of help, suitable helper and not a burden. Eve was expected to help in the keeping of the garden. She was expected to meet the need of Adam.
Gen 3:1-7 reported the incident that led to the dismissal of the first family from the beautiful garden. This dismissal almost broke the first family; if God had sent only Eve away it would have led to the first separation.
Adam s mistake is in two folds: Eve was supposed to be a helper and not a burden. Adam was away and busy with the work of the Garden. Eve was loitering around the garden which made her to be available for the deceit of the enemy. The Privacy of the Garden was compromised, this is the 2 nd Mistake of Adam, and every animal or creature could walk in and out of Eden. Even the crooked serpent had no restriction of movement in Eden.
Adam made the mistake of not building boundaries while he was busy at work and eve was loitering around. The serpent took this advantage of the porosity of Eden and penetrated Eve s heart and loneliness.
This mistake is common in most homes, most failed marriages, unions and relationships are the handiworks and presence of 3 rd parties. They can easily highjack the mind of other partners and turn it towards a wrong direction.
Build a tall and strong fence around your family to keep 3 rd parties and partners away. Never allow any Job, Contract, Friend, Children, location or environment to deprive you the role of keeping 3 rd parties away.
God will not secure what you have exposed. Take the privacy of your home seriously so that you won t lose paradise. Whenever there is an Eve, privacy and security is vital, every Eve is an expensive treasure desperately searched for by both Men and Beasts.
Do all you can to correct this mistake as soon as possible? Aside from your creator, the next most important person in your life is your spouse. Protect your home from peace predators.
MISTAKE 2: CAIN ALLOWED ANGER GENESIS 4: 1-15

C ain and Abel were brothers born by Adam and Eve. They have different occupations and both of them knew the imperativeness of offering sacrifices to God. Their choice of what to offer God varies, their attitude towards giving differs. No wonder Abel s offering was accepted and that of Cain was rejected. This made Cain to be Angry and Dejected, it was beginning of his woes, predicament and eventually led him to becoming the first Murderer.
His major mistake was not the eventual murder he committed; his mistake was allowing anger to dwell in his heart. The anger was great that God asked him why he was brimming with profuse anger and why did he put up a dejected look?
It was this anger that filled his heart that led to the eventual murder of Abel. Anger is a destructive factor, it destroys the angry man much more than the person you are being angry against.
The decision to be angry is a choice you can make Luke 6:29 being slapped on the right cheek is not enough reason to slap the person back once or twice, you can decide to turn your left cheek, or walk away.
Anger is a choice, it s not what people do to you that hurts you, and it s how you decide to react. NOTE: reaction is negative and response is positive. Most times our anger is wrongly directed, God rejected Cain s offering but he became profusely angry with Abel.
Abel was not aware of Cain s anger, because he had not wronged him. That individual you are so vexed against, is he the person who actually wronged you or the spirit in him? Kindly pray against the spirit of Anger, it destroys the container. It does not allow the container to get to its destination. Moses is another practical example who could not get to the Promised Land because of Anger. Once you allow anger to stay in your heart, sin will surely be the next action. Guard your heart with all jealousy because out of it comes the issues of life.
