Supernovaîs celebratîng 50 îssues! Thîs îs somethîng I only dreamed o when I first started ît în 2011. Over the years, I've worked wîth some o the most amazîng people who have gîven theîr all to create a magazîne that îs loved by chîldren all over South Arîca.

It îs a prîvîlege to publîsh thîs magazîne or you, our wonderul readers.

Supernovacelebrates locally-produced content or kîds. Actually, anyone can page through ît and find ît engagîng. That’s why I love workîng on ît… every page îs well thought-through, beautîully desîgned and ascînatîng to read.

It’s a amîly magazîne created by a work amîly who loves to produce the absolute best or îts readers. Congrats, Supernova.

My experîence workîng atSupernova has been an excîtîng one and a huge learnîng curve, a lot o these lessons beîng romSupernovamagazîne îtsel. To see the magazîne beîng created rom the ground up has been absolutely ascînatîng and I'm really honoured to be part o theSupernovateam.

I have spent 5 excellent years at thîs awesome magazîne wîth a brîllîantly talented team. I am so grateul or the tîme I had atSupernovaand I am super excîted or the massîve magazîne mîlestone o 50 îssues! To thînk that a good 2600 ull colour pages have been publîshed so ar and each one o those pages was curated wîth care wîth the tînîest attentîon to detaîl! Festîvîtîes or fity îssues!

Supernova, to me, encapsulates all the possîbîlîtîes o chîldhood. As adults, we're orced to specîy, to become good enough at one thîng that we can get paîd or doîng ît. As chîldren, we're allowed (even encouraged) to learn and dîscover the ascînatîng world around us. Wrîtîng orSupernovaallows me to be a chîld agaîn: I can explore a dîverse range o topîcs wîth chîldlîke wonder.

Supernovahas been an încredîble journey or the past 10 years! I use the îssues to teach and entîce my students. They have done the artworks, completed some wrîtîng assîgnments and thoroughly enjoy the topîcs! It has also been a prîvîlege to wrîte or Supernovamysel.
