BPC is a new bank, headquartered in Brazzaville, with a capital of 10 billion FCFA of which 80% owned by the State and 20% by the "Société des Postes et de l'Épargne du Congo" (SOPECO). In the short-term, BPC plans to become the largest banking network in Congo with 20 branches by the end of 2013 and nearly 100 branches in the next five years.
