Anti-Virus Protection

When you click on “edit settings” from the Anti-Virus tab

you are automatically taken to the Anti-Virus control panel,

where you can rid your system of potential viruses.

Pop-Up Blocker

The Pop-Up Blocker tab shows the total

number of pop-ups blocked and off/on status.

You can also control the level of blocking by

allow pop-ups from certain sites.

SBC Yahoo! Mail Protection

The e-mail protection tab will take you to your

customizable SBC Yahoo! Mail controls, protecting

your e-mail inbox with SpamGuard Plus,

AddressGuard and e-mail anti-virus..

Parental Controls

One click takes you to your SBC Yahoo! Parental Controls

page, where you can monitor your child’s online activity,

receive parental permission slips and set online timers and

other controls.

Anti-Spy

The SBC Yahoo! Online Protection dashboard will automatically

launch and prompt you to scan for spyware/adware. Anti-spy

detects and allows you to remove software that may have been

placed on your computer without your knowledge.
