FAE’s Compilation and Review Update 2004 Presented by Mel Crystal, CPA
Mel Crystal is a member of the AICPA, the NJSCPA, and the NYSSCPA, and is a prac-ticing CPA with an office in Freehold, N.J. The Sarbanes-Oxley Act: The CPA’s Guide to Implementing Its Requirements Presented by Moshe S. Levitin, CPA, MBA Moshe S. Levitin, a Principal of Lazar Levine & Felix LLP, is a Director of the firm’s SEC Practice Group and its litigation support services department. In addition to public ac-counting, he has held positions with the SEC, FASB, and the AICPA. Mr. Levitin’s col-umn on emerging accounting issues appeared in theJournal of Accountancyfor several years. He wrote an AICPA course, Helping Your Small Business Client Go Public, and the chapter “ASEC Reporting@” in theAICPA VestPocket Accounting and Auditing Reference. Raymond L. Poole, CPA, is a practitioner and an instructional design specialist with over 25 years’ experience in public accounting. Since establishing his consulting practice in 1983, he has been a consultant to numerous small and medium-sized accounting firms in the tri-state area.
