Acknowledments Research work reported in this thesis was carried out from March 2006 until Mai 2009 at the Institute for Organic Chemistry of the University of Cologne under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Albrecht Berkessel. Additionally, a part of the research was done at the Graduate School of Pharmaceutical Sciences of the University of Tokyo, Japan, during October 2008 - February 2009, in the research group of Prof. Dr. Masakatsu Shibasaki.
