The doctoral thesis at hand is the result of my research during the time as a Ph.D.
studentattheDepartmentofMathematicsattheUniversity ofWurzburg. SinceIhave¨
worked on this project, this project has worked on me, too. Hence I am very happy
that I had some people on my side who accompanied me during this time.

and questions. Furthermore, there was enough freedom for me to go my own scientific

First, in this, is my family. I would like to thank my wife Diana, for going with me
