Description

Meet the Four Brothers In Love: Rome, Britain, Paris and Sydney, benevolent young men in a class of their own. Some men are dashing and handsome; but these brothers are simply gorgeous. They are the product of a filthy rich couple who once lived a jet set glamorous life. Their father, Ryan Franklin, was once the biggest movie star in Hollywood until a car accident ruined his looks and brought on despair that ultimately took his life. Therefore, the four brothers are not seeking to turn back the clock and resurrect their father’s movie career. They blame the industry for his death.
It’s been said that the girl usually chooses wealth and security over good looks, however, in the Four Brothers In Love, these pretty boys snag the love of the prettiest, richest girls in town without lifting a finger to try.

Chapter One
Starlet and Sydney stepped through the large foyer, and straight into the Taylor mansion living room. They found a cheerful looking Karen Scott sitting on the far-right end of one of the twin sofas. She looked at them, nodded and smiled. She was holding a glass of red wine in one hand, and her cell phone in the other. She was leaned back on the cushions and seemed comfortable as her eyes revealed she had indulged in more than one glass of wine. She kept smiling and laughed out loudly. She leaned forward and placed her glass of wine on the coffee table, then placed her phone on the table beside the glass. She glanced at Sydney and Starlet and grabbed her mouth. “Please, excuse my laughter. I’m laughing at something funny I read online. Every time it comes to mind, it makes me laugh.”
Sydney and Starlet discreetly exchanged looks at each other, and then smiled and nodded toward Karen. But they immediately picked up on Karen’s intoxicated behavior. And as they paused a second too long, Karen sensed they felt she had drunk too much. But she reached out and grabbed her glass from the coffee table, and gracefully stood from the sofa and made a quick bow before dropping back on the sofa. She smiled with pleasant surprise in her eyes as it dawned on her that she was seeing Sydney for the first time since he had returned from Florida. She had been at the Taylor mansion a lot, spending all her extra time lately helping Starlet with wedding plans. She was pleased to help out, and Starlet was quite pleased Karen was lending her services and filling in for Lily, since Lily was still on a leave of absence from work - enjoying her honeymoon.
“Sydney Franklin!” Karen said excitedly, smiling from ear to ear. “How absolutely splendid it is to see you back in town! But I would just like to ask you one question.”
Sydney smiled and held up one finger. “Just one question?”
“Yes, just one for now.”
“Okay, what’s your question?” Sydney curiously asked.
“I just want to know; did you have an incredible fabulous time in Tallahassee?”
“I can answer that with utter accuracy. Yes, I most certainly did. I have to admit my time away was quite enjoyable.”
“Well, that’s great, of course. But you were greatly missed, that is for sure.”
Sydney glanced at his watch, then at Karen and smiled. “By anyone in particular?”
Karen nodded and glanced toward Starlet. “I’ll say so. Only by everyone in this town.”
Sydney shook his head, still smiling. “Don’t be silly Karen.” He raised an eyebrow. “I’m thinking I need to ask, how much of that red wine have you indulged yourself in?”
“What do you mean?” She asked, as she took a seat back on the sofa. But she seemed baffled by his question, as she stared at him.
“I mean, how could everyone in this town miss me, when everyone in this town cannot possibly know me?” He smiled. “I’m serious, of course. But I’m also pulling your leg. I know it was just a figure of speech.”
Karen held up her glass to him. “Of course, you’re right.” She smiled. “But just the same. I feel everyone in this town should know you.” She glanced toward Starlet and then back to Sydney. “You and your brothers are important people in this town. So, whether they know you or not, they should.”
Sydney smiled and nodded from the warm sentiment of Karen’s praise. “Thank you, Karen, for your tribute and confident in me and my brothers.”
“You’re welcome,” she said to Sydney, then looked toward Starlet and pointed at her. “You think so?” “Isn’t that right?” she asked. But before Starlet could reply, Karen continued. “I don’t have to tell you how great it is to have you back in town.” She turned the crystal glass to her mouth and took a sip of wine. Then leaned forward and placed the glass on the coffee table beside her phone. Then pointed her finger at Sydney, waving her left hand toward him. “I want you to hear something I just realized.”
“Okay, we’re listening,” Sydney said.
“This is the first time I paid attention and noticed. But this information is major about you in regard to someone else.”
Sydney eyes sparkled with curiosity as he exchanged looks with Starlet. Then he nodded toward Karen. “Okay, Karen. You have somewhat piqued my curiosity; and I’m curious to know what you have noticed about me that’s major regarding someone else?” Sydney inquisitively asked. “And may I add, the word major is what stirred my interest.
Karen grabbed one side of her face while smiling toward Sydney as she reached out and grabbed her wine glass from the coffee table, lifted the glass to her mouth and took a sip. “So, the word major is what caught your attention?” She nodded as if she was reflecting on her word choice. “I know using the word major, makes it sound very significant. But I’ll stick with the word major. Because it’s amazing, now that I think about it.”
Sydney nodded. “Okay, what is it?”
“You and Kenny,” she quickly said.
Sydney narrowed his eyes at Karen, slightly smiling. “I’m afraid I just don’t follow what you’re getting at.”
Karen waved her hand at Sydney, smiling wide. “I’m sure you don’t follow. But I’m getting at how you and Kenny have that same look.”
Sydney smiled and shook his head as he exchanged smiles with Starlet. He stared back at Karen and seemed even more perplexed by Karen’s statement. “I’m afraid you have completely lost me.”
Karen waved both hands toward Sydney. “Don’t look so serious. It’s nothing really. I’m just saying you and Kenny look alike.”
Sydney nodded and smiled. “Okay, so in your eyes, Kenny and I look alike.”
Karen stared at Sydney smiling and shaking her head. “You two don’t look exactly alike.” Karen exchanged looks with Starlet.
Starlet smiled at Karen but didn’t comment. She seemed indifferent about Karen comparing Sydney to Kenny. She waved her hand toward Karen in a friendly gesture, shaking her head with her lips sealed.
Karen sensed that maybe Starlet didn’t agree with her comparison of the two men. But she looked toward Sydney and nodded as Sydney asked.
“Okay, you don’t think we’re twins,” Sydney joked, since he felt he had no resembling to Kenny. “But you do think Kenny and I resemble each other?”
“Of course, you two resemble.” Karen looked toward Starlet. “Come on, Starlet. Wouldn’t you say they resemble?”
Starlet smiled at Karen with an uninterested expression on her face and didn’t reply. She was just wishing Karen would change the subject or just stop comparing Sydney to Kenny. She felt it was making Sydney uncomfortable.
Karen stared at Sydney with serious eyes. “We all know you’re more handsome and refine than Kenny.” She waved a hand. “Nevertheless, the similarities are unmistakable as far as I’m concerned. And of course, I’ll point out a few,” Karen seriously mumbled.
Sydney stood there smiling, waiting for Karen to share in detail, her similarities of him and Kenny. “So, what are the similarities between us?”
“You and Kenny are about the same height and you’re built about the same, with the same hair color.” Karen nodded with serious eyes. “Yes, you and Kenny definitely have that look.”
“What look is that?” Sydney asked.
“That drop-dead gorgeous look, if I do say so myself,” Karen said from her relaxed feeling of two glasses of wine.
“Do tell, who’s gorgeous and who should drop dead?” Sydney said jokingly.
“Seriously, Sydney Franklin. I didn’t know you could joke at all,” Karen cheerfully laughed, as she leaned forward and grabbed her wine glass from the coffee table, lifted the glass to her mouth and took another sip of wine. “Kenny is engaged to Miss Starlet.” She pointed toward Starlet. “You’re one lucky girl, Starlet,” she said and then pointed to Sydney. “And then there’s you, Sydney.”
“What about me?” Sydney asked.
“Well, you’re not engaged, but you might as well have a sign taped on your back that says you are.”
Sydney raised a curious eyebrow. “And what are you implying?”
