Description

THE LIFE OR DEATH GAME CONTINUES.
Warterria is still in full effect. Many have passed away and new faces have taken center stage. But the suffering and struggles within the game has remained the same. However, the humans aren’t out of the fight yet. With a new fiery passion to avenge those that have been lost to Warterria so far, Rift tries to use the clues left behind by the fallen to find a way for the remaining players to survive. However, with the gods’ immense power looming over and the chances of death at an all-time high, humans uniting is proving to be more than difficult. Can the humans rally together to find a nearly impossible alternative way to survive or will Warterria continue to be played exactly how the gods designed?

About the Author
AUTHOR’S NOTE
T hank you for taking the time to pick up A God’s Game: Tiebreaker, Part 1 . This novel is my second book I ever wrote and published. So, before you get into this story, I think it is important to make this clear for all newcomers. A God’s Game: Tiebreaker, Part 1 is the sequel to a three-part book series. This book gives a summary of what happened in the first book, A God’s Game , for an easy starting point. You do not need to read part one if you are unable to or don’t have the time. But keep in mind that reading part one is the only way to fully immerse yourself into the A God’s Game world. It is not necessary, but highly recommended that you read A God’s Game . And with that out the way, I hope you enjoy the second part to the A God’s Game series, A God’s Game: Tiebreaker, Part 1 .
PROLOGUE
A t random, twenty-four unlucky young adults were forced into a game of survival and violence by brothers calling themselves the gods of games. What a joke—or so the humans thought. It turned out they were the real deal, and the gaming nightmare was a horrible experience for everyone involved. Unable to receive outside assistance from anyone, the humans had no choice but to fight among themselves in order to go back to their normal lives.
Many fighters, such as Mark, Blake, Roman, Adam, and Eric, lost their lives due to human conflict. However, as humans had proven time and again, they could be not just cruel but also caring. Amid the violence, there were those who wanted to work together to be free from the gods’ merciless game board. Greg put everything he had into this idea, but unfortunately, he was consumed by his own turmoil before he could see things through. Luckily, a game didn’t end until all moves were played. In order to maintain the humans’ fighting chance against the gods, Greg passed on a clue to the reserved, self-doubting Rift. Whether Rift could decipher the clue and utilize it remained to be seen.
After forming an unexpected bond with Rift, the stoic and cold Xavier wasn’t thrilled about Rift facing off against an emotionally disturbed psycho like Allison in an attempt to promote cooperation and unity. However, Rift also didn’t want Xavier to go on a rampage against everyone else just to save him. So while Rift tried to convince the mad redhead to work with him, the energetic Jess and disciplined Nina worked together to hold off Xavier’s charge. In the end, Nina and Jess were able to knock out Xavier, while Rift survived his fight with Allison.
The question now was, what was the next move, and did the humans have what it took to break free from a god’s game?

But it seems you and your brothers are devoted to doing this.”
“Aye, Father. We are all agreed. My brothers and I have all reigned as gods of games for centuries upon centuries. And it has been glorious. However,” Allgomac had said, “the games we have played against other species have ended in unquestionable victories. The games we have played against each other have all resulted in a draw.”
“Aye. Boredom has consumed each of your hearts. So much so that you now question what you stand for,” his father had said.
Allgomac had nodded in agreement. “A game is meant to separate grea
