Why I Wrote This Book
My whole life I have always endeavored to make people happy and help them achieve success along with me. I could never understand why people or large organizations would give me misleading or false information. At the time I didn’t understand what they would gain from this, let alone how they could feel good about themselves. However, false information seemed to be the norm, so I set out to learn as much as I could about everything I needed to know to get me through life with success and confidence. This book is a collection of some of the knowledge I’ve gained along the way.
In the past, it was always a battle for me to gain muscle and size. I constantly asked people for tips and advice – especially people who were huge. I now realize that many of them were on steroids. Often, they just told me to eat chicken or just train harder. Not very helpful, right? Especially since I already lacked confidence & knowledge.
The one comment that made me change my whole thought process was when a huge man – who obviously used steroids – said to me, "Davee-boy, people like you will always be small and people like me will always be big. I remember when I was your size." I knew from that moment on that I am going to have to work this out for myself, and that when I did I would share it with the world!
Then I started telling myself "Anything is possible. I am big and strong. I know all there is to know on muscle gain. I am powerful." And from then on, I researched and started experimenting on myself. I started to think outside the circle. My mindset changed, and so did my body.
I was becoming a new man. I even set out to invent a device called the Ultimate Explosion Forearm Bar, which will be released soon. It aired on television series called "New Inventers" in 2010 on ABC. I designed it to help people strengthen their wrists, forearms and to rehabilitate from injuries they got playing sports or in motor vehicle accidents. See how the mind can change your world?
Now all I want to do is help people gain confidence, size and strength, and to share the knowledge I have learned over the years. I now have had the chance to help many people overcome injuries and that gives me joy and a great deal of personal satisfaction.
I also love to research food and its qualities to get the winning edge on performance and health. Like many I have lost too many friends and family to diseases that could have been prevented. If our own educational systems and medical practitioners educated the population with the right knowledge on the value of nutrition that is in the foods we can easily purchase from local stores, I believe that far fewer people would be needlessly ill.
Most of the training systems I have tried have shown me gains, but this system is the fastest and safest way for raw, solid strength and powerful, solid gains. It is a complete, whole body approach to health and fitness. After adopting this system as your own, you can pass on the knowledge you’ve gained about self-defence, improved confidence and advanced fitness to others.
