In the hopes of benefitting writers and published authors everywhere I decided to put together Book Marketing 101 to assist you in the process of successfully being able to market your books once they have been officially published.
This book can be utilized by the hobby author that is simply trying to sell a book or two here and there.
This book will also benefit the serious professional published author who is all about marketing his or her book accordingly to boost book sales and create some cash flow.
I’ve conducted my own personal experiments on how to market my published books and have achieved some amazing results.
I have outlined some step by step proven methods and techniques that have been tried and tested in reference to generating book sales and how to go about generating those book sales throughout this book.
I personally utilized these very same techniques to get the desired result and have sold many books using my own techniques.
You can also apply these proven methods and techniques and by doing so you will become a confirmed successful published author and book marketing sales person.
Your ultimate goal is to generate book sales on a daily basis.
This book will assist you in that endeavor.
Good Luck in your never ending quest of becoming a best selling author, that process will take a lot of patience and a lot of hard work to accomplish that goal, but hopefully with the instructions that I have illustrated in this book you will become the published author book marketing specialist in no time at all.
The messages in all of Lawrence J King’s books are in fact inspirational, educational, and motivational which lead up to one simple concept.
Never Quit, Never Give Up, and always follow your dreams.
No matter what comes your way, be all that you can be each and every day because yesterday is gone, tomorrow is not promised, and so all you basically have is the right here, right now moment to get it done.
All it takes is willpower, determination, focus, discipline, a lot of hands on hard work, and the true desire to achieve your goals.

A Kodak Moment

Becoming a Writer
It’s easier said than done.
It takes a lot of hard work to accomplish that task.
You must work at this process each and every day.
I’ve understood that in order for you to become a writer you have to set aside a specific time slot each day to work on your writing career.
If you work that time slot into your day as opposed to when I get around to it then you will achieve your goal.
I am an eight-time internationally known published author and so I know by first-hand experience what it takes to become a writer and to be sure don’t kid yourself because becoming a writer takes a lot of focus and discipline not to mention the fact a lot of hard work and self-sacrifice in order for you to accomplish that goal.
Becoming a writer is one thing, but becoming a published author is completely a horse of a different color.
So ask yourself do I have what it takes to stay the course?
If the answer is no then don’t quit your day job.
If the answer is yes then tap into your creative side and write your little heart out, proceed forward in swiftness as if there is no tomorrow, and in time you to will become an accomplished writer and published author.

Helpful Tips
You can gradually establish yourself as being a published writer by sending in your short stories or articles to the open forum section of various newspapers around the country.
That is how I started out and thirty of my articles were in fact published around the country in various newspapers, magazines, and newsletters which gave me the idea for my first book called What the Hell Were You Thinking?
I took that concept and applied about 90% of my already publish articles from all of the various newspapers and magazines that had chosen to publish my work and put those articles into a book format thus basically creating my very first book called What The Hell Were You Thinking?
I was very excited to see my first book in print.
I purchased my first book from the local book store and autographed it to myself.
Needless to say once my 1st book was officially autographed and in my hand so to speak I went walking around town smiling and feeling good, it felt like I was on top of the world.
Becoming a Paid Writer
I have been paid for my articles because I was apparently talented enough to write for a couple of websites that were willing to compensate me for my time, energy and effort, to the tune of $60.00 per month and as an extra bonus Boulder Space.org gave me a brand new PENTAX Optio M40 Camera.
Saxy’s Café sponsored all of my published books whereby I received free tea rations for the rest of my life.
A valuable gift worth approximately $ 10,000.00

I visited some of our coffee shops around town, and this is what I’ve discovered.
Spruce Confections
Baking one cookie at a time, Spruce Confections opened the 767 Pearl Street location in ’95. Known for their freshly baked goods (banana spice bread, streusel, and espresso sour cream brownies), this shop maintains a French European feel throughout their décor and style. Simple
