Description

Uplifting and thought-provoking, this personal narrative offers an exploration of a believer’s journey through heaven along with the powerful testimony of one woman’s life.

Have you ever thought about what your story will be when you get ready to go Heaven? Who will you meet? What does it really look like? Will you be nervous or joyous? Will you know anyone there?

Addressing these questions and more, I Shall Wear a Crown presents a crossover story and personal testimony from author Madam M. In this narrative, she depicts a first-person journey through heaven, interspersed with stories and testimony from her life. Through these interwoven tales, she seeks to encourage everyone to build a relationship with our Creator God and to think about our own crossover stories. What will your story be when you get to heaven? When God breaks the clouds, that should not be your first time meeting Him.

Uplifting and thought-provoking, this personal narrative offers an exploration of a believer’s journey through heaven along with the powerful testimony of one woman’s life.

Words of Encouragement

I would like to dedicate this book to my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and to my beautiful children and my newfound love, my grandson.
FOREWORD
“When we all get to heaven, what a day of rejoicing that will be. When we all see Jesus, we will sing and shout for victory !” Some have sung it; most believe it. I met this amazing mother, sister, daughter, and friend three years ago. I have been fortunate to see her grow and watch her gain her wings and fly. I am a proud spiritual mom, and I look forward to being a witness to all the things the Father has in store.
I Shall Wear a Crown epitomizes a spiritual journey through the golden streets of heaven. We have often wondered what will happen when we leave this earth. We know that to be absent in human form is to be present in spiritual form with our Father. What will it look like? What happens? Will I make it? Find your answers in this wonderfully illustrative book, and be blessed by the journey! This is a must-read for believers and nonbelievers alike.

ACKNOWLEDGMENTS
I never saw myself as a published author. To be chosen by God to send out this message is truly an honor. I pray that this book touches the hearts of many people, both those who know Him and, most important, those who do not know Him. May this be just as effective as when Apostle Paul wrote the letters to different churches in his time.
I also want to thank my children for being patient with me and allowing me to lock myself in a room for hours to finish what God wanted me to do.
To my spiritual father, Pastor Evan Risher, and spiritual mother, Executive Pastor Kasha Hunt, of Ramp Church, Texas, thank you for your prayers, support, and words of encouragement.
I want to thank God for my mother. If it weren’t for her, I would not be here today.
Lastly, I want to thank God for the world’s best grandparents. I had the absolute best grandfather in the world. He saved my life. RIP to my grandparents. I hope you are enjoying your heavenly home.
INTRODUCTION
I would first like to give honor to my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, who is God in the flesh (John 1:1). I do want to make a disclaimer that I have never been taken by spirit to see how heaven looks for myself. The only reason I know what it looks like is I have read about it in the word of God.
This book is being written for you and me to think about where our souls will go when we leave this earth. There is heaven and hell. Most important, there is only one true living God, and His name is Jesus Christ. I don’t know about you, but I want to be with Him when this world is over.
I once heard my pastor say, “We are spiritual beings, having a human experience.” And I got Bible to back it up: Genesis 1:27–30 and Genesis 2:7.
I want to encourage and plant a Godly seed in you to let you know that you are here for a reason. Before you came here, you were a spirit. God had to give you instruction in the spirit first. And once you agreed to His instruction, you then became flesh to carry out what He wants you to do in the earth realm.
Your date of birth, your gender, your life, your assignment, your purpose—these are all reasons for you to live. God needs you to walk toward and reach your destiny. Destiny is calling you today. Will you chase after Him and your destiny?
Before you go into my story, I want to provide you with a couple of scriptures.
Matthew 6:33 (NLT) says, “Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and He will give you everything you need.”
Jeremiah 29:11–12 (NLT) tells us, “‘For I know the plans I have for you,’ says the Lord.
