University of Hartford Student Centers and Activities Greek Life Annual Audit Spring 2008 In search of Greek excellence at the University of Hartford is imperative to the Greek organizations in which each chapter must be held accountable and responsible for the community in which they serve. To insure the support of the Greek community, all registered and recognized Greek organizations are required to submit an annual audit which will be the tool the university will used to evaluate Greek Life. Although these requirements might be the bare minimum by university standards but by no means are we indicating that your Greek Life involvement is not important to the overall campus community. The purpose of the Greek Life Audit is the showcase each registered and recognized Greek organization as a vital resource to campus life. These standards will concentrate on chapter development, student development, membership development, community service and philanthropic efforts. The outline listed below is your guide to complete your Greek Life Audit. Please complete each section and submit all necessary material by the deadline. This audit must be TYPED and no handwritten reports will be accepted. Failure to complete the audit, your fraternity or sorority will be placed on university suspension indefinitely until the completed audit is submitted. Thesetwo deadlines th will allow you to submit your audit for the first review on Thursday, Feb 14at the th IFC and NPC meetings and the final copy is due on Thursday, March 13also at the meetings. Ifyour organization needs to make any changes, you will have time to make those changse by the second due date.I will not accept any late audits for any reasons whatsoever.NO EXCEPTIONS!Each organization must submit the final copy via th email and the one paper copy on Thursday, March 13at the IFC and NPC meetings. The final submission must be on the CD, in the notebook and emailed to the Greek Life Advisor on Thursday, March 13, 2008 at the IFC and NPC meetings.Again, NO LATE SUBMISSION WILL BE ACCEPTED.
