 Parent Portal Tutorial  How to Log In to PowerSchool Parent Portal 1. Open your Web browser (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, etc...) 2. Type in the following website address and hit Enter: https://www.acsusis.org a. Note the https in the website address; you must type this exactly as shown. 3. Enter provided username in the first field. 4. Enter d password in the second field. 5. *The following four buttons will be displayed at the top of your screen.  *Grades and Attendance (This is the first screen you’ll see when you log in) Use this page to view the grades and attendance for the student in the current term.  The legend at the bottom of the page displays the attendance codes and their meanings. 1. After you log in, your child’s current classes and grades will be displayed. 2. To view assignment details, click on a grade to the right of the class name.  See an example of how assignments are displayed on the Class Score Detail page below. 3. Expression is the period/block of class (01‐02 (A) = Block One).  Final Grade, this is the current grade for the current quarter, it’s not a “Final Grade.”   Grades are final upon the conclusion of a course and are reported on the student report card, which is mailed home at the end of each quarter. 4. Some assignments, or scores, may appear in blue which means you can click them to view an assignment, or score description.  Use the browser Back button to return to the Grades and Attendance page ...

  Parent Portal dileuGnise     Access to your childs grades and attendance orhtugh rSchoolPowe is being provided to you as  another form of communication with teachers and daariomtintssr with the goal to help all of us  in our efforts to support your childs education.  Please read the owllginof guidelines.    1. Usernames and passwords are to be kept c.laitnedifno    2. One username and password will be issued per student per family.  If you have more than one  student in school, a separate username and password will be issued for each student.  3. By logging into oochrSwePo,l you delwonkcage that you are duly authorized to view the site.  4. All concerns about the system should be addressed to MUHS.  Note: The school tcidirts does not  provide support for your home or work computer system.  5. Even though you will be able to check grades at any time of day, there may be times when the  system is down due to planned ecnaenntaim or an unplanned outage.  6. Grade concerns should be addressed with the specific teacher via phone or e‐mail.  7. The way data is entered may vary by teacher:  a. Due dates may refer to when the assignment was due or when teachers recorded the  assignment.  b. The frequency in which teachers will post grades will vary.  Please refer to the teachers  course description sheet or contact the acterhe for this .itnoormainf  c. Calculated grade segatenrcpe will fluctuate early in the term.  As more assignments are  scored the calculated grade will normally be closer to the final grade.  8. Attendance concerns should be addressed to the main office.  9. If you forget your username and/or password contact George Martin at 382‐1189.  10. Do not attempt to gain dunauthorize access to the district system.  This includes attempting to  log in through another persons account.  11. The school district reserves the right to monitor, inspect, copy, review and store at any time,  and without prior notice, any and all usage of the PoloohcSrew system and any and all  information transmitted or received in noconnecti with such usage.  All such information files  shall be and remain the property of the school district.  No user shall have any ontitaecxpe of  privacy regarding such materials.  12. ACSU makes no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, for the service it is  providing.
