In finalizing this report, we considered management comments on the draft report and have included those comments in their entirety, as Appendix II. This report has two recommendations to improve USAID/Regional Center for Southern Africa’s (USAID/RCSA) contractor performance evaluation program. In response to the draft report USAID/RCSA concurred with both recommendations. The Mission provided a corrective action plan and target completion date for Recommendation No. 1. Therefore, we consider that a management decision has been reached for this recommendation.
