A WALK TO RURAL RAJASTHAN Rajasthan has number ofplaces which attract different kind of tourists. Theycan be foodie,pilgrim, rural area lover, and adventure enthusiast; everyone wants toget an appropriate location to make their vacations memorable. Some tourist come Rajasthan to take an exploringtour to historic monuments, some of them come for exploringcities and culture and some wants to explore or meet the rural areas of Rajasthan.Village tour to rajasthangives the closeness of indigenous cultures to tourist. Forgettinga real feel of the Royal land must explore its interior villages which give glance of its rural culture, traditions and live of rural people.

Rajasthan comprises number of ancient villages which gives the excellent vacations with composure and panoramic charm and people of different language, colour, caste and creed mix together. Rural life exhibits totally a different world for having a simple yet chaotic life style which gives an aroma of serenity and leave the hassle and difficulties of cities and towns. The profuse green grounds, fresh air in the environment, rivers, farmer fields, mesmerizing landscape and colorful attire make villages more beautiful. The rural and simple culture of villages makes them unique from other places and preferred location by foreigner and native travelers alike.

I got a chance to explore the Khimsar sand dunes village which is 158 Km apart from Bikaner and located at the edge of the great Thar Desert. I was on the way to explore orange sand dunes and rustic charm of village and took a camel ride for exploring sand dunes on the steep back of the camel. Before going to Khimsar village I decided to explore Khimsar fort which is hardly 15 minutes apart from the village. This fort built in 1523A.D and located in the Thar Desert. These safaris give thrilling experience and joy to your life. Best way to get more knowledge about rural people lives and their living style; get stay and make interaction with them.

After getting in to the village you will come to know about theRajasthan Villageshouses which made with mud and thatched straws. They organized short cultural activity for me. Some men were in colorful turban and singing and playing folk songs and playing instruments while women were dancing on Kalbeliya Tune. I was fully mesmerized and watching all event with full excitement. Evening bonfires was basking the environment. I made my stay in village with the locals and had long chit chat. We exchanged our culture experience and dinner together. I was sleeping under the roof of sky with gazing starts and full moon. This experience can take your breath away and make this visit a memorable

experience!

Rural areas of Rajasthan give a great contribution in the growth of Rajasthan Tourists industry because mostly foreigner tourists attract to the villages of royal land. For experiencing the ancient Rajasthan’s culture and tradition make a tour to village and get the glimpse of rural ancient customs and farming and many more things.
