Terms of Trade and Usage Conditions for “Münchner Halle” 1.)Liability 1.1)Messe Gastronomie Hannover GmbH accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for items brought into the restaurant by guests, nor for the loss of personal property. Messe Gastronomie Hannover GmbH accepts liability for loss or damage caused by its vicarious agents and officers only if the damage or loss is caused intentionally or by gross negligence. 1.2)The person making the reservation is liable for any damage to or destruction of materials, including damage or destruction caused by any persons/participants in his/her/its group. 1.3)Trade fairs at the Hannover Exhibition Center are events organized and run by Deutsche Messe AG or third-party organizers. Messe Gastronomie Hannover GmbH accepts no responsibility whatsoever for the running, scope and nature of trade fairs. In the event that trade fairs are cancelled or terminated prematurely, compensation shall be limited to the refund of any installments or deposits paid. 2.)Refunds on paid restaurant reservation invoices 2.1) Each reservation includes food and beverage to the value stated on the invoice. The person making the reservation acknowledges and accepts that the following cancellation and refund terms will apply in the event that he/she cancels the reservation: cancellation up to 6 weeks prior to reserved date: refund of the original invoice amount less 10%; cancellation up to 4 weeks prior to reserved date: refund of the original invoice amount less 40%; cancellation up to 1 week prior to reserved date: refund of the original invoice amount less 80%; cancellation less than 1 week prior to reserved date: refund of the original invoice amount less 90%. Failure to show up at the restaurant within 30 minutes of the start of the reservation time slot will result in forfeiture of the full invoice amount.
