In finalizing this report, we considered your comments on the draft report and made changes where appropriate. Your comments are represented in their entirety in Appendix II. This report contains three recommendations to improve the controls over the Foreign Assistance Coordination and Tracking System. Based on the responses received to our draft report, management decisions have been reached on Recommendations Nos. 1, 2, and 3.
