LONDON, January 15, 2014

i2 Office, the UK's second largest nationwide serviced office provider,  are pleased to announce  a further addition to their growing portfolio of Grade A locations.

i2 has signed a lease with Oxford Properties for the entire building at 450 Brook Drive within the Green Park Business Park in Reading comprising 32,000 sq ft.  

Green Park is a very popular location with occupiers including Cisco, HSBC, Symantec, Sun Total Systems, Texas instruments and many other world class businesses.    

This new business centre is being fitted out to a high specification and is due to open in February.  A wide range of office suites will be available to suit a variety of needs and budgets.

The centre will include a number of fully equipped meeting rooms, a luxury business lounge and plenty of break-out space as well as fully equipped kitchen facilities.

Green Park's location, architecture, landscaping and amenities make it a highly attractive choice for businesses.  The regular 10 minute shuttle bus service to and from the Reading rail station and the City Centre as well as being immediately adjacent to the M4 makes it a particularly accessible location.
