Our Opinion: Ho. Ly. Shit. We warned you this was a-comin’, and the wait is officially over. Modern jewels like this are
what we live for people, and this here is the real deal. An architectural feat. A work of art. Legit. If houses were Saved By
The Bell characters, this one’s Zack Morris. If casas were aged rock gods, we’ve got your Mick Jagger. We’ll start with the
location, ’cause from the jump this one is light years ahead of the game. It’s sittin’ pretty directly across the street from
Sugar House Park. Should you long for eats, drinks, or some good company, all the primo perks of the area should do
nicely (Vive, SugarHouse BBQ, Bruges Waffles & Frites, etc.). From the curb, this space is not just appealing, it’s damn
near a traffic hazard. Prepare for slow crawl-bys and oohs ‘n’ aahs on the regular, because this thing is ‘young Pitt’-pretty
