WHAT IS FRACTIONAL OWNERSHIP?

Fractional Ownership in the simplest terms is a group of people that pool their funds together to buy an asset. This is can range from Property/Real Estate, to a yacht or a plane. Each owner has a share of the assets and is entitled to use the assets typically in proportion to the percentage that they own. The operational costs of the asset are divided up amount the groups based on the ownership percentage. Any capital gains are shared between the owners.
