Share more with Facebook

Do you want to share your discoveries and your publications on YouScribe with more friends?

Link your YouScribe account to your Facebook account! In this way, all your Facebook friends will be able to

follow your activity on YouScribe: they will be alerted of each of your new publications, and will be able to

read your mood messages and the publications that interest you.



Connect yours YouScribe and Facebook accounts

To connect your YouScribe and Facebook accounts you have two options:

You are not registered on YouScribe: register with your Facebook login details



Click on "Login"

, at the top right of any page on the website.



A new page opens, where you can enter your Facebook login details (username and password):



Allow your personal data to be imported

By confirming this step, your YouScribe profile will automatically be complete with the information that

you entered on your Facebook account: this will prevent you from re-entering the data in your personal

profile. ]

Your future activities on YouScribe (comments, profile message, new publication, etc.) will

automatically appear on your Facebook wall.

Once confirmed, your YouScribe account will automatically be created!

You're already registered on YouScribe: link your YouScribe account to your Facebook profile



On the main page of your YouScribe personal area click on the Facebook inset.



A window will open: enter the email address and the password associated with your Facebook

account.

To complete this procedure, you will be asked to allow YouScribe to access information from your

Facebook account. Why? Simply to prevent you from having to re-enter your personal profile data:

YouScribe will automatically import the public information available on your Facebook account.



Confirm. Your YouScribe account and your Facebook account are now linked! All your friends can

now monitor your activity on YouScribe.



Share your discoveries with your Facebook friends without linking your two accounts

If you prefer to communicate in a more occasional way, we offer other tools for sharing your discoveries

with your Facebook friends.

On the Publication page, two buttons allow you to highlight the publications that you

have marked:

(under the heading

Express yourself

): a message will appear in the "

Recent activity

" heading on your

Facebook wall.

(in the top bar of reader): a thumbnail of the publication will appear on your Facebook

wall and you can accompany it with a personal message.

In both cases, your Facebook login details will be required if your session is not already open.


