NEEDLES:4mm (US 6), and 4.Smm (US 7) needles, and cable needle (or needle size to give correct tension)
TENSION:19 sts - 4 inches on 4.5mm (US 7) needles in stocking stitch (st st)
FINISHED MEASUREMENTS: Width - 42" (46")Length - 26 3/4" Sleeve Length - 18"

Change to 4.5mm (US 7) needles and Belt Welt Pattern and work until piece measures approximately 8 inches from cast on edge, ending on Row 4 of Belt Welt Pattern. Change to Seed Stitch and work 4 rows, decreasing 1 st at beginning and end of needle on 4th row 114 (126) sts. Change to Cable Fabric Pattern and work until piece measures approximately 14 1/2 inches from cast on edge, ending on Row 4 or 8 of Cable Fabric Pattern. Change to Seed Stitch and work 4 rows, increasing 1 st at beginning and end of 4th row. 116 (128) sts. Change to Belt Welt Pattern and work until piece measures 25 3/4 inches from cast on edge, ending on a wrong side row.
