Registrations are not confirmed. Please report to your class unless notified to the contrary. Frequent Learner Program If you are not yet a member, check this out! The program is free and easy to join: 1. Fill out the colored form at the right & send it to: RCS, Education Center, 49 Cottage Place, Ridgewood 07451. 2. Once we have received your form, you are enrolled. We will mail you a membership card with your FLEAR number at the end of the semester. 3. Each time you register for a course, give us your Flear Number and you will accumulate points toward a free course. 4. When you have taken 12 RCS classes, you'll receive a certificate good for one FREE course*. 5. Accounts that are inactive for 5 years or more will be closed. *The value of the course not to exceed $65. How to read an RCS course description:
— ATTENTION RIDGEWOOD CITIZENS —  Do you have one of these 50 Plus Cards? If you don’t, give us a call at (201) 670-2777 and we will tell you how you can get one. Ridgewood Public Schools 50 Plus Card The courtesies of the Ridgewood Public Schools are extended to the holder of this card as noted on the back. This card must be presented for admission to school events, productions, and programs sponsored by the Ridgewood Board of Education. Anyone who is 50 years of age or older and is a resident of Ridgewood may obtain a 50 Plus Card in person from the Ridgewood Community School during normal registration hours. This card entitles the bearer to take a maximum of two (2) eligible courses each semester for 50% off the regular fee. Registration may be done by mail or phone once you have obtained the card. Please note: all eligible classes will be marked with a50+.

RCS courses are open to all persons regardless of residence. Unless otherwise stated, students must be at least 14 years old and in high school.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE Ridgewood Community School is proud of the fact that most of our students report a high level of satisfaction with our courses. However, we also recognize our responsibility to those whose class did not fulfill their legitimate expectations.If upon completion of your course, you feel that it was not satisfactory, or you are not satisfied that the course delivered what was promised, RCS will issue you acourse credit, provided you send a written request to us as soon as the course is finished and complete a course evaluation. The request must be received within two weeks of completion of course.
