RESTREINT UE/EU RESTRICTED ANNEX Nature and Scope ofthe Agreement 1. The Agreement will exclusively contain provisions on trade and applicable between the Parties. The Agreement should confirm t trade and investment partnership is based on common val protection andpromotion ofhuman rights andinternational securit 2. TheAgreement shaHbeambitious, comprehensive, balance World Trade Organisation (WTO) mIes andobligations. 3. The Agreement shaHprovide for the reciprocal liber of trade in goods and services as weHasmIes on trade-related issues, with of ambition going beyond existing WTO commitments. 4.
