Creating a Staff Listing Tutorial
This tutorial walks you through creating a Staff Listing page.
Before You Start. . . Before you create a Staff Listing, you want to have a bit of information on hand.
To Do List
A list of your organization’s staff members on your site. Links to the e-mail addresses of those members. The member’s phone numbers. A photo and short biography of the member, if necessary.
Creating a Staff Listing Page Point to Site , then click Article Manager .

You can now make a table to contain your staff listing information. Click Insert/Edit Table.
Figure 5 The Insert/Edit Table icon Enter the number of rows and columns you want for your table. Change the Border size  to zero so the border around the table will not be visible. Change the Width to 100 and select percent from the drop-down list. Click OK .
Figure 6 Table properties Enter your staff information into the table. For example:  Name  Title  Phone Number  E-mail Address  Biographical Information Enter all of your staff names and information.
Tip A double-spaced line is inserted when you press Enter after you enter text. To enter a single-spaced line instead, hold down the Shift key, then press Enter .

You can make your staff listing table more versatile and functional by adding e-mail address links to each staff members entry. Highlight the first staff members name, then click Insert/Edit Link .

Select Email from the Link/Type drop-down list. Enter the staff members e-mail address in the E-mail Address field, then click OK .

Continue to link the staff names to their appropriate e-mail addresses.

When you are finished entering e-mail addresses, click Maximize the editor size . On the Create Article page, click the Settings tab. Under Indexing , select Include this article in a web search index .

Click Save . Creating Staff Biography Content To add more biographical content to your staff listing page, following the instructions below. Point to Site , then click Article Manager .

Figure 15 The Insert/Edit Image icon You need to upload an image of the staff member from your computer. In the Image Properties dialog box, on the Image Info tab, click Upload Image .

On the Upload Media Item page, click Browse . Select the image file you want to use, and click Open . Enter a Name and Alternate Text for the image file.
Select Automatically create image classes , then click Save .

In the Image Properties dialog box, click Media Manager .

Select the medium image file. The file will have md after the image file name to differentiate the file from the small and large versions of the file.

Click Submit , then click OK . The picture will appear in the Create Article page you created for biographical information. Enter your staff members biographical information under the image you uploaded. Note that in our example we have included a link to Pastor Tims e-mail address.
