Getting Started - You should have already received your eGrade Plus username and password, either directly from Wiley, or from the eGrade Plus course administrator on your campus. Go to http://egradeplus.wiley.com to log in. Login Page 1 of 1 2. Course Admin - One instructor on your campus will be set up as the course administrator for a particular course. If you are the course administrator, you can select Course Admin to create new class sections, create additional instructor accounts, or view course properties. Course Administrator Home Page 2 of 2 - To create a new class section in your course, select Course Admin > Class Sections. You should see a list of all class sections. Select Add Class Section to create a new one. After you have created a class section, it will appear in the class section list view. Distribute the Class Section URL to your students so that they can join that particular class section. Course Admin > Class Section Page 3 of 3 - At the end of the term, return to Course Admin > Class Sections to finish your class sections. eGrade Plus restricts a student from enrolling in more than one active class section in a course. -To create a new class section in your course, select Course Admin > Class Sections . Youshould see a list of all class sections. Select Add Class Section to create a new one. After you have created a class section, it will appear in the class section list view. Distribute the Class Section URL to your students so that they can join that particular class section.

At the end of the term, return to Course Admin > Class Sections to finish your class sections. eGrade Plus restricts a student from enrolling in more than one active class section in a course. However, once you finish the class section, the students are free to enroll in a new class section.

3. Class Info -In Class Section Info , you can add students, create announcements, upload documents, and view class section properties. If you have multiple class sections, you can choose one from the class section chooser. To choose more than one class section, hold down the CTRL key (or COMMAND, if you are on a Mac) while selecting the class section names.

-There are three ways you can add students to your eGrade Plus class section. 1) When the class section is created, you can allow Student Self-Registration , and students can register themselves. 2) You can add students one at a time using the Add Students feature. 3) You can use the Import Roster feature to upload student data in the form of a spreadsheet or text file.

-Class Section Info > Manage Home Page allows you to create announcements that appear on your class section homepage. You can also upload documents such as your syllabus.

4. Prepare & Present -In Prepare & Present , you will find all the instructor Resource files and documents provided with a particular course. Find Resources allows you to filter resources by chapter, source and type. You can also use the Add New Resources tool to upload your own files or add links. Resources that you choose to make available to students will appear in the Read, Study & Practice area.

-You can also assemble groups of resources into Presentations , using the presentations tools. Presentations can be used as in-class presentations, or they can be provided to students for self-study (in Read, Study & Practice ), or they can be assigned to students (in Assignments ).
5. Read, Study & Practice -Read, Study & Practice is the area for self-guided student activity. All the study materials provided for this course are organized according to the structure of the book (by chapter). The student can also switch to the resource type view to see all materials organized by type. Instructors can even create class-specific study materials to be included in Read, Study & Practice.
