Our city, Neuquén with its surrounding area has 500.000 inhabitants. External AllergyClinic works twice a week. Material and Methods All patients had in detail physical examen, in detail anamnesis, and complementary laboratory, such as complete blood formulae, erythrocyte sedimentation, glycaemia,Antistreptolysin (ASO), throat culture for Beta Haemolytic Streptococcus, liver enzymes, arthritis test, anti DNA antibodies, urinary analysis, urine culture and other tests according to urticaria subtypes. Statistical analysis: GNU-PSPP Statistical Program was utilized, psppire 0.7.9 version. The chi square test was employed for each one of variables in the spontaneous urticaria cases, (87.33% of patients).A P value ≤0.05 was considered significant. Results Spontaneous Urticaria and Other We could not find any significancy for searched variables. Prevalent urticaria was spontaneous.

Introduction
From May 2009 until December 2015, 197 people consulted for Urticaria in our External Allergy Clinic. Our city, Neuquén with its surrounding area has 500.000 inhabitants. External Allergy Clinic works twice a week.
Material and Methods
All patients had in detail physical examen, in detail anamnesis, and complementary laboratory, such as complete blood formulae, erythrocyte sedimentation, glycaemia, Antistreptolysin (ASO), throat culture for Beta Haemolytic Streptococcus, liver enzymes, arthritis test, anti DNA antibodies, urinary analysis, urine culture and other tests according to urticaria subtypes.

Skin simultaneous disorders: Psoriasis, other co- existent urticaria subtypes, atopic dermatitis, allergy to mosquito stings, dry skin, recidivant lousy.
